In the period from 20 to 22 September 2022, 200 places are reserved for the participants of the congress in double rooms at the K3 university dormitory. Due to limited accommodation capacity, it is not possible to offer single rooms within this accommodation. Please report your interest in sharing accommodation with a specific person at the UJEP Dormitory and Cafeteria Administration office when booking.
Accommodation price: = 315 CZK per person and night in a double room (the price includes VAT and includes the stay fee set by the local municipal decree, which is 30 CZK per person and night).

It is possible to buy breakfast for the accommodation as part of the reservation. The price of one breakfast is 95 CZK (incl. VAT). Breakfast will be served outside the university dormitories in the CPTO catering facility in the building of the Center for Natural Sciences and Technical Sciences on the UJEP campus, directly at the congress venue. Brief description of accommodation: The K3 university dormitory is a thirteen-floor building located in a quiet part of the town of Ústí nad Labem - Klíše. The dormitory is only about 600 meters from the university campus, i.e. a 10 to 15 minutes walk. The participants of the congress will be accommodated in accommodation units within the UJEP university dormitories which consist of two double rooms. Each accommodation unit is further equipped with bathroom (bathroom + toilet) and kitchen / dining area with stove and refrigerator. These are standard hostel-type rooms with basic equipment which are normally used to accommodate UJEP students.
